Here are answers to common questions about our delivery service.
Do you offer express delivery?
We offer express delivery – just select the express delivery option during checkout.
How much do you charge for delivery?
We also offer a flat rate delivery fee across Australia of $14 for regular and $20 for express.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, parcels can be delivered to PO Box addresses via Australia Post.
Do you delivery to remote locations?
Yes we do. Remote locations within Australia also qualify for flat-rate shipping, though it may take slightly longer to arrive.
Do you offer international delivery?
We offer delivery to select countries worldwide. The cost for international delivery will be automatically calculated when you add the product to your cart.
Although we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier or their overseas counterparts, or delays caused by International Customs clearance.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.

What are the express delivery times?
Express delivery is usually 1-2 business days for CBD and major towns. However, if you live in a rural area, please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number.
Also, check your junk folder, as our emails may sometimes end up there.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
If you’re not home, the courier may leave your package at your door, or you can choose to have it held for pickup at the local delivery facility.
Which couriers do you use?
For orders in Australia, we send deliveries via StarTrack, Team Global Express or Australia Post Express.
For orders overseas, we send via Australia Post international standard or Australia Post international express.
For New Zealand, we can also send items via DHL.
What is your shipping cut off time?
Stocked items will be dispatched the same business day on orders placed before 2 pm. Startrack, Team Global Express or Australia Post will collect any orders placed after 2 pm the next business day.
How long is delivery on pre-order products?
Products listed as ‘Available on pre-order’ will take around 14-21 days for delivery. If the ETA will be longer than this, we will contact you.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can change the delivery address before your order ships. Just contact us with your order details.
What happens if my order is late?
If your order is late, please check your tracking link. If there are issues, reach out to us for assistance.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help you cancel it if it hasn’t shipped yet. Items that have already shipped must be returned before a refund is issued.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We can offer same business day delivery for locations within a 20km radius of Launceston, TAS. 7250. Unfortunately, we don’t offer same business day delivery for other locations.
What packaging do you use?
Most products are sent in the original manufacturer’s box, with additional bubble wrap for protection.
Some items may be removed from their original packaging and placed in a smaller box to enable us to offer flat-rate delivery. We will still ensure that the product is adequately protected during transit.
What happens if my package is damaged?
All items are checked before packing and handled with great care to ensure they are dispatched in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us.
